ITV put out this notice, @aslanb:

Older Talktalk boxes will no longer receive it. You need to call 03451 720088 during the day (Monday to Saturday) and discuss your options. The 4K box can run ITV X and comes with a £5 monthly rental (which is instead of the TV charge).

Customer Service shuts at 6pm on Saturday.

Chat is available every day after 9am.
