ITV X App is not available on the legacy youview boxes. This was a decision by ITV and outside of our control.

You may be able to access ITV X from a Smart TV or if you want to explore the possibility of the new 4K TV Streaming Box that does support the ITV X App, give our customer teams a call and they can discus options and offers with you.
