Which box and remote do you have so advice can be tailored to your issue?

What steps have you taken to resolve this?

New batteries? Resetting your remote?

It’s a 4k remote. I’ve changed batteries, but not tried anything else.

There is no reset for the remote for 4k.

Is it pause that does not work or rewind? Pause should put the box into time shift do once paused you press play to enter time shift and can rewind to the pause point.

You must have a usb inserted for this functionality to work. Do you have a usb inserted?

If pause is not working with a usb inserted then you will need to reset the box. Press the on button on the side of the box 5 times to do so.
