Hi, I only get 4.2meg bb, due to no fibre on my street. I pay for youview box each month. I find now that I cant use itv for catch up, due to the fact I cant get itvx on my box. Can you help?

ITV X is no longer available on some older TV's or legacy set top boxes. This includes the earlier YouView Boxes. This was a decision by ITV, not to develop the app for these devices, and beyond our control.

If you follow the advice from my Colleague and give our Teams a call, they can discuss options for the new TV Hub that will support the new ITV X App.
