&lt;P&gt;Try the advice from fr8ys, but if this fails, there is a known issue with the app that My5 are looking into. you can also see app help info via &lt;A href="https://help.channel5.com/hc/en-gb" target="_blank"&gt;Help centre (channel5.com)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
