Lost sound on my TV through the YouView box. The picture on all channels is not affected. Have tried all recommendations ,including new HDMI cable and factory reset. The sound from the TV is fine when connected to other sources. Do I need a replacement Box ?

Talk Talk no longer provide the youview box and have not provided these for 3 years.
