How can I get itv x app on my talktalk tv box

You do not mention which TalkTalk TV box you have. If it is the DN372T or older, then ITVX is not compatible with these boxes.

ITV made the decision not to bring the new ITV X App to some older devices, and this also includes the legacy TalkTalk TV Boxes. This was a decision solely by ITV and outside of our control.
