TV streaming hub wont load

Hi, I now have another issue with the box it won't boot up at all, tried power down and a full factory reset and still nothing it glitches as if trying to go through boot menu but won't succeed.

Tried reset through advanced menu it says factory reset successful but it won't load. Remote also flashes on TV box power button ?

Is the box fried?

I'm on full fibre broadband also for info

Looks like box is fried , been onto chat new box been ordered
