Cannot change channels

My tv guide & channel buttons are not working. The mute button & Google button is working but nothing else. At the moment the TV is stuck on Channel 4 +1

Which box to you have? The TV Hub?

Try disconnecting from the mains and then restarting.

Post back and let us know how you get on and the box you have.
