&lt;P&gt;I noticed this within the My5 app, I turned off the surround setting, restarted the box and tested again, and this seems to work in that app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ch 5 audio delay</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A little bit before Christmas we got our new Talk Talk TV box all is fine other than the audio on channel 5 is delayed slightly, which is very off putting. Any suggestions? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are all other players ok ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you go to settings then Device Preferences, then Sounds, and turn off Surround sound, does this help at all ?&lt;/P&gt;
