Hi,

Had a look through but can’t see a solution to the specific problem I’m having.

Only had my tv box for a month or so, but when we are watching anything on any of the apps, we get a loss of sound. It’s only lasts for a couple of seconds; but it happens during every show we watch. I don’t think it happens on live tv, but certainly happens on ITV, Netflix and NowTV.

No loss of picture, purely sound and it doesn’t cause any sync issues for the rest of the show.

any recomendations?

Thanks

Rob

Hi Rob,

Is the TV box direct to the TV via HDMI only, or do you have any equipment in the loop such as soundbars etc.

Is it the Netgem 4K box or the Android TV hub that you have ?

Thanks

Karl.

Hi

Go into settings then Device preferences, Then Sounds and turn off Surround and see if that makes a difference.
