Our box is getting very old. It can't add any apps so the likes of ITVx do not exist. It is constantly showing we are not connected to router or internet which we are. It says it cannot connect to any apps watchlist or any other facilities. The box will need replacing but can't find anywhere to do this. also require the record facility. When we ring up we just get the reboot option which doesn't last more than 5 minutes.

The new TV Box (HUB) does not have the record feature but is android based so apps can be updated.

If you give our teams a call they can discuss options with you for a new box. You will be asked to renew the contract if you are currently out of contract.
