D link adapter replacement

The adapter that links to the hub isn't working. So i dont have any internet on the tv. I can't get through to Talktalk. How can I get a replacement? Thanks.

Have you tried the adapters in a different plug socket ? Are there any lights on the adapter ?

Yes I've tried it in different sockets...no lights at all 😞
