I agreed a new contract on 23/1/2024 which includes a talktalk TVHub. Having spent a long time on your live chat to numerous people i am still unable to use any of the TV apps apart from Iplayer and Nowtv. All the others ie My5, channel4 etc wikk play the audio but there is no picture. If i go to google Play store and try to update the apps i'm told that they are not available on this device!!

Talktalks write up for this device clearly states that they are available on this device. What is going on? If this device does not support tese apps then why was i offered it in the first place?

To say i'm not happy is an understatement.

Hi

Can you try a full factory reset from the settings menu, then set the box back up and see if these players work.

Make sure you have an aerial connected to the box also as some players rely on this to identify your region.

Thanks

Karl.
