4K Box No HD and Channels Unavailable

Have just fitted replacement 4k Box. Will record but there is no High Definition for either BBC or ITV Channels. Just watching ITV on Channel 3 with a blurry picture. Have scanned Channels again but no change.

Can anyone help ?

UPDATE:

Have got HD channels back. We were trying to add a splitter to allow us to record one channel and watch others. This seemed to kill the HD.

It is ridiculous that you can only watch what you are recording on the 4K box.

Will definitely be changing provider if they stick with this box. Sad because I like TalkTalk and have been with them for years.
