&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First the aerial issue. Have you checked that the aerial is plugged in correctly? Double check as a lose connection can result in no channels.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What happens if you plug the aerial directly into the TV? Do you get any channels? If not then its an issue with the aerial and you will need o consult a local installer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regarding the remote, on the homepage what happens if you press the home button? Can you move the centre arrows to get to settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so and the TV gets channels try a factory reset to remove any bugs in the software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you can't do a reset this way, then follow the reset instructions here.&lt;/P&gt;
