      <title>Loss of Live TV channels</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My TV hub was installed on 04 Jan. 2024 and all was well untill 27th.Feb when Live T.V chanels not available but "Catch-up" OK. Message on screen says "week or no aerial signal coded YVM402.&amp;nbsp; Where do we start to rectify please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The weather is playing havoc with signals at the moment so it's best to leave for a couple of days to see if it improves.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If things don't improve, you can try a retune from your settings or may be best to factory reset the box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try the aerial directly to your TV and retune this. If you lose channels there it may be an aerial issue in which case you will need to consult a local installer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
