I have subscribed to Discovery+ through Prime Video on my Talktalk Netgen 4k box.

I'm trying to watch cycling through Eurosport wich comes with Discovery+.

All works well except playing "Recently Ended On Eurosport" where I get a message saying "Something Went Wrong" and to contact Amamzon.co.uk/videohelp.

They say clear the cache on the box and try uninstalling and re-onstalling the app.

I'm reasonably tech savvy but I can't find a method of clearing the cache or uninstalling the app.

I don;t particularly want to do a factory reset as I've only recently done this for another problem.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi

A factory reset is the only option for this box as the app cannot be uninstalled or reset.

Also, the issue may be with the app itself as not all apps will have full functionality on all platforms.

Thanks

Karl.
