      <title>Can’t use Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I joined Netflix yesterday. I have two TalkTalk TV boxes. When I login to Netflix via the app, on each, I’m advised that my package doesn’t include Netflix streaming on this device or words to that effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure what to do.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your package is the basic with adverts, the boxes do not support this package.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can either contact customer services by phone to discuss a new box but you will probably need to recontract or use something like an Amazon Firestick or Roku Stick.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just rejoined Netflix paying for the more expensive package with no adverts. My understanding was my Talktalk box would support this. It doesn't &amp;amp; I'm now paying for something I can't view. How can I get a box that will show Netflix &amp;amp; ITVX, presumably this will also cost more money. Been with Talktalk a long time but this isn't a good service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
