No TV. No connection

Unable to link to Talk Talk TV. Internet and broadband working. We live in Rudry just outside Caerphilly CF83 3EN. Weather conditions have been very poor with some lightning and thunder. Not sure if this is contributing to a loss of signal. Has always worked perfectly until now. No signal for the last 2 to 3 hours. Have switched everything off and back on with no difference. Any suggestions?

Are you trying to get Freeview channels or catch-up via the internet.

The broadband makes no difference to your normal TV viewing and if this is not working may be due to poor signals due to the weather.

If you plug the aerial directly into the TV can you get channels this way?

Which box do you have?
