On apps it’s asking for my PIN number and I don’t know it

Which Apps?

If age restricted then it's the pin you set when setting up your box, or 0000 or 1234 if you didn't set a pin.

If it's first time using the app, you need to have an account set up for each app, then input the pin shown on screen on the website address shown to sync your account.
