      <title>4K talk talk box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got the new 4k box, and it is useless for catchup on STV. Crashes after every commercial break. How can I get rid of it and cancel the monthly fee?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've been testing STV Player here on my TV HUB and all is working as it should, and content is playing after the ad's have been shown.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This could be the app itself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a reset of the box to see if this clears the app and data, then the box will reinstall the app when it is set up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can do this vis Settings (Cog) &amp;gt; Device Preferences &amp;gt; Factory Reset.&lt;/P&gt;
