topic Now package in TV

Now package

I have added Now Sport as a package and they are asking for a user name and password to enable Now on the TV. I have rung you to get this information and I have rung Now and they say I should go online to get what's needed . I have tried both and I have been working on this for the past four HOURS with no joy. What can you tell me to get connected as I seem to be wasting my time,

We do not have access to your NOW TV username or password.

This is something you will set up directly with NOW TV.

If you have an existing account with NOW TV already, you would click the link in the activation email and add this to your NOW TV account. If you do not have a NOW TV account, you would be asked to set one up.

This would be done directly at www.nowtv.com online.
