Spoke to Talk talk yesterday regarding tv recording issues via talk talk box

Recording failed

Can't access talk talk TV guide

Have to reboot ..

being unresponsive through remote

Plus other issues

Box is 5 years plus old

Talk talk had said it's a 3rd party problem meaning my smart TV issue

Any one else had this problem

At wits end

Try a Youview Maintenance Reset to see if this helps.

if still failing, then only option is to try the full factory reset from the settings menu.
