      <title>TV box not working for live TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using box model UZW4054TTG and last week when trying to watch live TV on all channels to came up with the error weak signal.&amp;nbsp; It was a bit of a surprise as I had a new aerial fitted about 7-8 months ago, but I thought they may have fitted incorrectly and was going to contact them to take a look.&amp;nbsp; However, I thought I should check by plugging the aerial straight into the TV and when I did that it worked.&amp;nbsp; I plugged it back into the box and it didn't work.&amp;nbsp; I still had an old Talk Talk TV box and so I tried it with that and again it works.&amp;nbsp; I am assuming there is a fault with the new box, which we have had now for about 4 months.&amp;nbsp; Please let me know if there is anything I should try on the box to get it to work.&amp;nbsp; Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a retune from the settings menu and if that doesn't work try a factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which box do you have? The Netgem or TV Hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
