Free serve since 4k box up and running

Since changing my old youview box to a new 4k Netgem box my built in to tv free serve has taken over the tv screen with all the banners and the list of settings etc at the top is screen tv sits on Freeview but Talktalk menu is not the same programs as normal. Why the difference to the youview boxsetup

As this is a different box, the menu structure will be different and the options presented will vary.

This box will have freeviewplay services in addition to the majority of on demand apps.

The Netgem TV Box is not powered by YouView software. You have access to FreeView off air TV channels plus everything that is offered via Netgem. That's why the interface looks different to the other TV Boxes.

The TV Hub and the former TV and TV Plus boxes are powered by YouView software.
