Tv set top box blue light?

Tried to connect my new tv top box but getting solid blue light error.
any ideas ?

Is this the 4K TV Box or TV Hub ?

The tv hub. When connected the light flashes white then steady white then flashing blue then and finally sold blue. All in a few seconds. The message then says the Ariel is not connected but it is

Does anything show on the Tv when you turn the box on ?

Have you checked the TV is set to the correct source channel so the aerial message is not from the TV itself ?
