I’m here on behalf of my mum. Her Talktalk TV box is freezing and locking up. I’ve tried a factory reset and software update and nothing helps . Any ideas. It’s a DN372T

This box is no longer made, the only replacement boxes do not allow recording. She would have to buy a 3rd party TV recorder or contact the Loyalty Dept if she wants a streaming box.

Keith is correct, it has been over 3 years now since TalkTalk stopped providing these legacy youview boxes.
