I have just purchased the new Talktalk TV Hub. The ITVX and Channel4 Apps are not loaded. When I go to the Play Store to download I am told the the device will not support these Apps. The Talktalk advertising claims that their TV Hub supports ITVX, why is mine not working?

We've seen this happen a couple of times where the app software has not downloaded correctly on set up.

The only thing to try is to factory reset the box from the settings menu and hopefully it will install correctly.

Let us know how you get on.

Worst case scenario is that staff next week will arrange to swap the box for you.
