The picture on my ITVX catch up is only in the top left hand side. I can’t get it to be on full screen. My other catch up channels are fine?

Have you tried powering off the box at the mains for a minute and then back on ?

Same here, I can't get itvx and it is frustrating.

I have a smart tv about 5 years old, so not sure if I need to but a mew TV Does anybody know?
