It could just be atmospheric interference which happens when the weather gets warmer.

Bear in mind people on this forum are nationwide, it would help to know where you are.

Is the signal the dame on all itv channels or maybe just the HD one? HD channels are more prone to interference.

Is it the same when the aerial is plugged directly into your TV?

Which box do you have?

I wouldn't try a retune immediately as you could lose more channels if it is weather related. Leave it 24 hours and the retune if it doesn't improve?

Do you have access to itvx and does it have access to live tv channels ( not all versions of the app have this facility)? If so you could use the app until the signal improves.

Did you try the aerial direct in the TV to see if there is a regional issue with the signal ?
