Why can’t I open the menu when I press talk talk button on my remote. HD channels not showing up

What model TV box do you have ?

With regard to HD Channels, connect aerial direct to TV and see if the HD channels show or if there is any breakup of the signal.

Hi can’t see model number but everything is working apart from menu button on remote. I’ve bought a new remote but still the same problem

Is it one of the older TV boxes, so a few years old, not the new streaming box ?

OK, you can try a Youview Maintenance Reset to see if that helps.

If the button on both remotes are not working correctly with the box after a reset, then the box itself could be starting to fail.
