Hi folks I have just arranged a new two year broadband deal which involves fibre from the cabinet and I’m wondering whether it’s possible to keep using my existing tv box (with it’s ability to record stuff) by linking it to the fancy new router through the existing power line adapters.

If it is possible what would be the downside in terms of functionality?

thank you

Hi

As ferguson advises, you can link the older TV box via your adaptors, and there should be no issues.
