&lt;P&gt;press the button on the side 5 times to initiate a factory reset, then set the box back up again and see if it will complete the update.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it stays like this, power off at the mains for 5 minutes then power back on and see if it restarts.&lt;/P&gt;
