&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you factory reset or just turn off and on?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A factory reset will lose your recordings but may sort out your issues, including reformatting your usb stick.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To go this, press the button on the left hand side 5 times , whilst on, and the box will restart and reset.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hope it works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted everything but the box will not record.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's about two years old, but no doubt you can check this.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has the box simply worn out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do I need a new one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Denise Calton&lt;/P&gt;</description>
