Disney plus on 4k box

I can’t work out how to get Disney Plus on my 4k tv box. Is this even possible? I’ve tried looking at online suggestions but I don’t have the options that are suggested.

I don't believe Disney+ is supported on the 4K box. You may be able to get the TV Hub in exchange, wait for the support team to respond.

Thank you. I can’t seem to find google play store on my 4k box either.

Apologies, I mis-directed you with my earlier response which is why I hastily withdrew it! The 4K box requires apps to be made available by the vendor. It does not run on Android, hence doesn't have access to Google play, unlike the TV Hub.

Disney+ is not yet available on the Netgem 4K TV Box. This is not android based so does not have access to the Play Store, and apps cannot be removed or added. The Apps on the box are pre-installed by Netgem directly.
