ITVX problems

I have been trying to watch programmes on the itvx app, but half way through the program the screen goes black and I have to come out of the app and go in again. This has happened 2-3 times when watching. Is it the tv, talk talk, help needed please.

Also our talktalk box is the small square box and we cannot watch one channel and record another. Is there anyway around this as this is rather annoying. TIA

Hi @sunshine17 I have the same issue with itvx. I think it is their app. Seems to happen when a commercial break is due. Could be my ad blocker.

As for the TV box the team will be be in tomorrow and will advise.

TalkTalk no longer provide a recordable box, and the TV Hub cannot record programs.
