Lost tv hub remote

We have misplaced our tv hub remote and have turned our house upside down trying to find it. Now I am starting to wonder if my son has accidentally thrown it in the bin/recycling.

where can I get a replacement remote for the tv hub? I have bought a universal talk talk ‘youview’ remote hoping this would connect to it but no luck!

Hi @Krhemsley usually you have to tell the universal remote the device you want it to control. Most universal remit suppliers have a very long list of these codes and instructions on how to apply them.

The remote I got from Amazon is a talk talk youview remote I think a v1? Following the instructions I can get it to turn the tv on and off but nothing else.

Nothing in the remote control guide has helped.

I think I just need a replacement remote for the tv hub

Hi @Krhemsley

We do not carry individual stocks of remotes, so I'm unable to order a single remote.

What I will have to do, is order a replacement TV box for you. You can then use this and return the old box minus the remote.
