&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A link will expire after 14 days if Now is not activated within this period.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you log into your NOW TV account directly on your PC or laptop etc. &amp;nbsp;The username will be your TalkTalk billing email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When logged in, try opening the email and clicking the link. &amp;nbsp;Does it produce the same result ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to activate NOW TV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am signed up for NOW TV Entertainment and Sport.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had text messages saying activate via link email. To date I have not received an email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried to resove this using Chat feature without success. Last&amp;nbsp; attempt said email would be resent within 48 hrs. Nothing happened since.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;An activation email was sent on 16th when this was added, this will have been sent to your main email address you use for billing etc.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you logged in to webmail and checked all folders including any junk or spam folders to see if there is any activation email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the delay, I was away last week. As this was not activated within 14 days then the original order would cancel and this can no longer be activated. &amp;nbsp;I can see you have called in on friday and our loyalty team have escalated to provisioning to have this removed and re-added for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Latest attempt to resolve problem produced same negative result - problem is escalated to Now TV, eventually (after several days!) I receive&amp;nbsp; another email saying "Activate Now TV", click on the link, tries to redirect then reports a problem and link has expired.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just going around in circles!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
