      <description>&lt;P&gt;Which box do you have as only the 4k box has additional channels delivered via the internet, or do you mean catch-up TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Normal channels should not be affected.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried resetting the power plugs? There should be an accessible pin hole reset that you use when plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you get on and staff will pick this up next week when they are back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
