Talktalk TV - How to set up a list of favourite TV channels

On my smart TV I can easily create a list of favourite TV channels and scroll through them, but I cannot seem to be able to do this on my Talktalk TV box. I can add on-demand stuff, but that's not what I want.

Also, can I create a list of favourite apps?

Sorry it is not possible to set up favourite channels or apps.

To get to apps quickly though, you can long press the blue home button.

ok, thanks for your response..

I wonder if there is a way to suggest this feature to TalkTalk as a future s/w update, as I feel it should be a basic function of a TV box. Perhaps store favourite TV channels by long-pressing a number button, like I can currently do on my LG TV.

Also I would like to suggest a button click to quickly switch between the current and previous channel.

The box is a YouView one and as such YouView provide the software.

When YouView had a retail box I was part of the testing team and these items had been mentioned many times but not forthcoming.

YouView no longer have a test team comprised of customers and answer only to their customers, TalkTalk and EE (BT).

I imagine they are still on a long list of improvements somewhere
