Cancelling my Now Sports TV boost

Is it actually possible to cancel a Now TV boost.

I've been trying to cancel for weeks via the website and also twice via live chat but it is still active on my account.

I can't afford to keep on paying for this boost as I don't use it anymore and if it can't be cancelled before my September payment I will be closing my Talktalk account.

Hi @mickpacey1963

I have logged this as a fault on the account as there is a previous request to remove the boost that has become stuck, and is therefore stopping any further changes to your service.

Will let you know when I get a reply
