    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have also had this problem. Activation date was 26th and still no internet connection which has mean i have missed nearly two full days as i work from home.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still waiting, told on friday it can take up to 48 hours for our account to be active, but its not, so no TV all weekend on a bank holiday, terrible customer service making us wait, we had a perfectly good serviced from BT, you would think new customers would get a better service and get the goods they have signed up for.&amp;nbsp; Total breach of contract.&amp;nbsp; All we need is to be activated and our Now TV membership and emails sent so we can link our accounts such as Netflix, Hayu etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The account must be live before any items can be added to the account. &amp;nbsp;Until the account is set as active, nothing can be added.&lt;/P&gt;
