My TV remote is playing up and fast forward button is not working

How do I go about getting a replacement remote.

I have a Huawei box.

Unfortunately these remotes are no longer available.

If your box is still working, and you have followed the resetting your remote instructions, then I'd suggest searching ebay for a replacement.

TalkTalk now only offer non recordable boxes and you will probably need to recontract to obtain one of these.
