I have had a email from Netflix saying that from November 2024, my set top box will no longer be serviced by them. What is going on

Like many broadcasters, such as ITV, they are developing their apps and these will no longer work on some older equipment or TV boxes.

The legacy youview boxes will no longer be able to use the Netflix app after November. This is a decision by Netflix and outside of our control.

You can look at upgrading to the new TV HUB that will support apps such as Netflix, Now TV etc.
