Which box do you have? Old YouView remotes are no longer available but can be sourced via eBay.

Have you though tried resetting the remote? Instructions can be found here.

Hi @Wilmar123

I see you have the TV HUB. Can you tell me what is wrong with the remote - have you replaced the batteries ? Does the remote turn the unit on ? Have you tried re -pairing the remote with the box ?
