Hi

The line or broadband has nothing to do with the freeview signal for terrestrial channels such as ITV, BBC etc. These rely on the aerial signal only.

If you can try a reset of the box by following the instructions at https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/TV-Box-Maintenance-Reset/ta-p/1429347

Set the box back up and let it re-tune the channels, and see if they are back.

Thanks

Hi,

ITV was not working this morning & a YVM4302 error popped up. I re-started the box, unplugged it for 10 minutes, re-started it & no luck. I checked the aerial by plugging it direct into the TV & it worked fine. I plugged the aerial back in to the box ran a channel search & now I have lost the majority of channels. I have the 4K Antroid TV box. I contacted TalkTalk, they ran a check on my line & everything is fine.

Hi

Is the aerial straight to the box, no splitters or amplifiers in place ?

Thanks

Hi,

yes straight into the box, no splitters. Since re-tuning I have lost alot of channels. I am only receiving 97 intotal . The box can be tempremental at times. Not turning on, freezing but this is a new issue that is not sorting itself out

OK, I'll swap out the TV Box and see if this helps. A replacement is on the way.
