Set up TalkTalk to box to Panasonic to and every 1 minute get a black screen for 1 second, no picture or volume and a code in corner of screen

3840x2160/50Hz/HDR(pq).

have cleared everything and resetup twice but no joy

Hi @Bluecrab check your HDMI cable, is it new and well seated in both devices?

Thanks for your response disconnected all wiring and reset everything but problem still persists TT are replacing whole set up and try again

Thanks for all replies,

new box arrived, all works ok apart from on off for Panasonic tv, didn’t work on first box either. Have found some solutions on here but looks like I’ll have to live with it
