Is it only Iplayer affected ? Do other on demand services work ok ?

Any issues in general with the internet ?

Are you using a smart TV or a TalkTalk TV Box ?

If a TalkTalk TV Box, which model and how is it connected ? Wi Fi or wired directly to router or via powerline adapters etc.

Have you tried Iplayer on other devces ? Tablets? Phones etc ?

Seems to only affect ITV player. Using TalkTalk TV box.

Model N7950-T2C-8-AB2. Date code :25/22

Wired direct to router.

Tablet has no problem getting ITV player.

Remote control doesn’t respond as it should and there is a rattle sound as though there is something loose inside the top of it.

Try resetting the box by pressing the button on the side 5 times.

See if this changes the behaviour.
