The default pin number if you have not changed it is either 0000 or 1234.

If you have changed it you can reset it within settings but the process differs between boxes and may need the inputting of the code you set, in which case the box will need to be reset, which again differs between boxes and if you have a recordable box you need access to reset keep recordings option.
